Yes you can use maximizer beadlocks.

These cvd's will fit and aren't too expensive http://www.ebay.com/itm/Traxxas-E-Ma...ht_2624wt_1329

The outter and inner bearings are both larger on the RPM hubs:

http://www.rpmrcproducts.com/product...3.htm#trutrack

inner bearings are 12x21mm, outer are 6x15mm ( can't remember stock sizes ). The only cvds that will work are ones designed for the new emaxx models- stuff designed for the old 3906 emaxx won't work as it used inner & outer bearings that were the same size ( new emaxx shafts use totally different size inner and outer bearings and a different style of stub-axle ).

^^ and that's why I pointed him to new shafts!

Besides the provision on the new shafts for 2 bearing sizes, they are different lengths. The old shafts just won't work.

ahhh i see...oh rubbish now i dont know what to do .

now i compare the old and new i see what you mean...the new has more length to it, the hubs are thicker on the new....the hole for the pin is further out...owwww that sucks.

that means making a complete new axle for my cvd's
im really thinking i should just go buy a new edition rolling chassis with no electrics....damn.

thanks as allways for your advice guys....
