I built a Savage mostly out of FLM Parts, it is was fun! But now I also have a E-MAXX all stock roller, All I want to use is elec. now. So if anyone would like a Great FLM Savage roller, email me kylemacs@aol.com, will send pics and details. Im looking for upgrades to my maxx, would like to go brushless soon, but need to build up the maxx.

Why not convert your Savage to electric? It would cost less than getting your E-Maxx to a reliable brushless platform.

I have had 6 savages, and they all have been great! It just feels like it is time for some thing different. My savage is like a tank, and it would prob. be less then doing the emaxx, but it would be a new project. I also have been thinking of converting my MBX5 buggy to brushless, Im just sick of nitro, if you cant tell.

this is basicly what my savage has, Fastlane Machine extended 1.5" Chassis, including the FLM full center skid, FLM radio and servo mounting plate,FLM Tuned Pipe mount, FLM servo mounts for different locations, titiainum engine plate, full sealed bearings all around, MIP CVD'S all around, FLM Super-duty drive shafts, Lundsford titiainum Hinge and Kingpins, Lundsford titiainum Turn Buckles, Robinson racing steel spur gear and clutch bell, OFNA BB Steering upgrade, Dual disc vented and drilled brake rotors. I have built a roll cage for it that is unbreakable and fully protective of all engine and radio equipment. Every drivetrain part is Heavy-Duty upgraded, tranny has titiainum shafts and metal gears it is the two speed HD. All screws are Stainless Steal hexes now through-out truck. Alum. Diff cases with Spider gear conversion.
