International Order problem

First, this isn't RCM related, I got my 9920 thanks Mike. :)

Anyway, I bought a UE Lightning off someone in America and was sent by USPS. I have the tracking number but it only tracks the progress of what happened in America (I live in the UK).

It tells me it left the International Airport last Friday but still havn't any information or VAT notice that it is in this country? I rang Parcel Force (who do the majority of the international post in the UK) and said they couldn't find a parcel with them under the USPS tracking number and that it could possibly be with another delivery firm (I wouldn't of thought so though...).

Does anyone know what I should do? I tried to ring USPS but can never "connect" is there some speacil code I have to put in to ring a number in the US? I don't know how to find the tracking number in the UK or where it is. :002:

I'm beginning to think it is lost.

It should have a UK tracking number by now if it's in the country,if you type the US tracking no. in on parcelforce it should give you the new no.It may not have left customs yet if parcelforce can't find it,they can usually trace it from either tracking no.
