Apache 3700mah lipos - 06.13.2006, 01:32 PM

What info do you people have on these lipos from Apache?
Mike carries them as you all know, but I want to know how good are they.

Not that this answers your question but I'm sure if there were any type of issues or have ever had any bad reports on them, then Mike probably wouldn't cary them. I personly havn't heard anything bad about them.

They use the same Enerland cells that Flightpower/Hyperion/Polyquest/Poly RC use.

If these are the same as the polyquest "Twenty" cells you just saved me a lot of money:cool: :dft003: :dft008: . please tell me that. Scratch that they are the same price

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

Yep. If you check the dimensions, the differences should all be within about 2mm, depending on the type of packaging around the cells. The same goes for the weights of the packs.

Is the balancing connector in the Apache pack compatible with the balance port in the Thunder Power charger? Do I have to change them?

No, it's not compatible. There are some sites that sell adapters that work with the TP balancers. I am unable to locate a site right now, but when I find one I will post it.
Another option is to cut off the current Polyquest connector and attach a TP connector/wires to it.
