Your sliders won't slide together is what you saying?
I know they are kind of go together different ways.
Did you rotate and try all the ways?

yes, i have tried almost everything, including rotating them, also tried to connect the shafts to the thing inside the bulks first and then tried to slide the bulks together...it doesnt work either way. :(

Is one of the parts oval just a smidge. I don't know.
it is a good one though. I would take it off the truck and try to wrestle it together so you can figure out better. Cvds are a lot stronger.

If you are meaning the stock pins won't go in, it's because the Hybrids have a tad bit more of an inset. Meaning, the diff shafts don't stick out as far so you are going to have problems getting those pins in, one will go, but the other will be too far in on the other side for the stock pin to go in, it'll be at an angle and won't slide in. If i'm understanding you right.

I am having problems with the stock part inside the differential that you connect the shafts to, meaning I am using the stock ones right now and not the cvd's or UE's. Only one shaft will connect properly with the screw (l-key head) with that part inside the differential. The other side will not connect properly (the hole doesnt allign and doesnt come far out of the bulk for me to connect the shaft properly with the screw).

I am not sure what exactly you call that part thats inside the differential. There are two, one is a lil big and other is smaller.

Hopefully, I made some sense explaining the situation. But it looks like the FLM bulks should connect fine with all the other stock parts..!!

then yes, what i said is correct, it won't allign because the hybrids are a bit different. You would have to put the shafts on first, then put the halves together, if that don't work you will need to get cvds. Are you running stock otherwise? can you send a pic to me? I may have a set that I could let go?

yes, I am running pretty much stock, besides rpm a-arms and 7 cells (IB3800's). I will try to post a pic tonite when get home. I have tried to put the shafts together first and then slide the bulks, but it didnt work either, the end that connects to the differential is a lil thick to go through the bulk's hole. I will try to force it today and see if that works. I thought the flm hybrid's were supposed to work with all the other stock parts..!!!!

What kinda condition the cvd's are in, P.m me with details/pics if you can.

Ok. here is the problem ... They are fit for 1/8 buggy gears. So that's why they don't work. I see the problem now, the cvd's won't cure the problem. DO NOT FORCE them, they will never go. You could mod it with a dremmel too, take very little material off at a time and see if that works. otherwise, sell them on ebay and get the ones you need. If you are still interested in the cvd's pm me and i can send pics or something tonight.

So you got the Hybrids and not the combos is what happened? If so, newuser is right. You need, either A: get the combos, or B: get 1/8th scale gears. I would choose B because there gonna last unlike the stockers.

FLM makes what they call the FLM Combo bulks and the FLM Hybrid bulks. The Combos are simply a bulkless design for the stock gears. The Hybrids are designed for 1/8th scale gears.

there are two kinds. hybrid bulks, and combo bulks. combo bulks are designed for stock gears, hybrids are for 1/8 buggy gears....if you go to the store you'll see both with discriptions. the hybrids state "uses 1/8 buggy gears". If you're running stocks gears, the combos are the same as the hybrids but use stock gears instead of 1/8 buggy gears. You wanted the combos...
