electric speed controller

I just finished putting together the E-Revo. I have the fast lane tranny conversion with the double openings on top for the dual motor configuration. I am only using one brushless motor and a brushless speed controller. Need help? Where do I buy something to mount the esc on the empty motor plate? And, why is there double wires on my esc? I have the BK 20150 ESC with the 1950/6 hi amp motor. Please send info to help me and photos if posible.

Your really on your own for the mount. Just make one. I have made one out of CF and one out of thick lexan from Home Depot. All I needed was a heatgun, some foam, and a dremel. As for double wires, 2 smaller wires are the equivilent to 1 larger wire. I kinda prefer one larger for a clean wiring job and its easier to solder. Anyhow, just make sure there they stay in the same groups.

Do you guys have any photos and what about fast lane shouldn't they have made something buy now? Also 20 tooth pinion is to big it hits the screws that the motor is on with, what should I do here? I tried moving it out a little but then it doesn't line up even. Also the fit is to tight between the spur and the pinion with the 20, anybody else have that problem or any ideas? Could I use a dremel to make the hole longer and just move the gear away a little?

Here is a ready made solution for you. I had one. Works fine. Simple and not to heavy.

Use button head screws rather than cap head screws. That should give you enough clearance for the pinion to spinn without hitting the screws.

What about the pinion and spur being to close together, can I use a dremel to make the long hole a little bigger? I need about 1 to 2 mm more of clearance for the 20 pinion to mesh right with the spur.
