Ofna Diff Measurements - 09.27.2006, 11:59 AM

Does anyone know the length (cup to cup) measurements of the Ofna diffs? That can take the delrin spurs. Also, the diameter of most spurs (not sure what teeth) is? Looking for about 45mm diamter for spurs?

Thanks.

This is the 51t nylon differential, not sure what the diamter is? What differential do I use with this will any Ofna do?

I just checked a couple plastic Kyosho gears... 46T is just shy of 46mm dia. I think the 46T was 47. something... forgot already. :)

I have a Jammin diff that measures 63.5mm end to end at the cups. I don't know if it fits the Ofna delrins though. The Jammins are Kyosho clones.

Thanks alot Glassdoctor,

I really need measurements of differentials that can fit the nylon/delrin spurs by Ofna, I only know of Ofna differentials that do (of which I don't know again).

The spur measurements were very handy though thanks!

46T Mod1 should be 48mm.
51T Mod1 should be 53mm.

This page has a calculator for this (scroll down a little ways).

Thanks Brian!

Well I know what I need for spurs, where is a good supplier for spurs? Just need to know about differential measurements and which use ofna/nylon mod1 spurs.

it's like this with MOD1 pinions/spurs.

the distance (heart to heart) of the ideal gear-mesh for a 51 and a 14tooth;

51+15=66/2=33mm
