well I have been kind of disappointed waiting on my order 18 days(fastlane extended stampede chassis kit) and I emailed mike about it and he called and emailed me within the hour and explained it was shipped from the factory thats why it was taking so long and provided the tracking number, this is by far the best customer service I have ever had!!!!

Geez...You should really buy from Mike more often...Lol...If its something he has in stock, he ships same day if not next (ifs its to late in the day). Pretty impressive for a 1 man show...Plus he takes his time to answer all your questions ASAP.
