help with mm 5700

help with mm 5700 - 12.25.2006, 12:06 PM

hey guys well were opening presents in about an hour and im pretty sure i got the mm 5700 system so i just want to know if there is anything i should do before installing it. like do i need to calibrate anything? or do anything with my computer to install it? do i need to break in the bl motor?

lmk what all there is to do!! thanks alot!

All you gotta do is solder on a plug (id reccomend deans) onto the esc and calibrate the esc. No need to break in bl.


The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

You will see once you read the instruction manual, nothing hard really.


The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

Do read the instructions, it can end up saving you some time and frustration.

o kk awsome!! also what gearing should i be using? since it has so much torque as it is ill probably rather have more of top speed. i got a bunch of spur gears and pinions for xmas so i have a bunch of options!! lmk what i should do!!

What are you running it in? Im running mine in a B4 geared 20/81 and it is insane on even just 6 cells!

im running it in a rusty on 6 cells. ill just mess around with gearing and see how it does!
