Front CVD/Dogbone?

I need an upgrade front/center CVD or Dogbone for my stock chassis Maxx. I was looking for the new Traxxas ones but couldn't find them on ebay or Traxxas' site for that matter. Probbably have to buy them in the pair though and I am only looking for the front/center one. I already have the rear one.
Looks like Mike sells a couple of them (70mm & 72mm it looks like) but do they come with the drive cups?

the drive cups singley do not come with drive cups but if you buy the set of front and extended rear it does come with cups i believe
