I just bought the viscous diff conversion for the mini-lst and when I turn the outdrives there seems to be a lot of binding and it makes a lot of noise. Is there a way to adjust the internals of it?

That's not a gentle euphanism!!!!! WOW, what an anology! LMAO, I love Serums work though, if you have seen some of the stuff he has built, it is PERFECT to say the least! Not one scratch, not one screw missing, nothing...they are works of art!

You would need to see what's happening on the inside. There shuold be no noise at all. Did they come this way?

I am pretty sure i can get your 1:1 diff perfect as well. (with the right tools ofcourse)

Here is something i've been thinking about for a longer time..;

Some day i will build my own truck, wild plans, but i hope it will happen some day.. my plan is to use adjustable cups that hold the bearings (with a setscrew to tighten them) that way you don't need shimms and the diff can be shimmed without taking it apart.
