Bk Warrior 9918 - question

Hi ,

Just bought an warrior 9918 and don't understand what they mean by jumpers ??? , My technical english is apparently not good enough.

I am having some problems as I cannot see how I am supposed to program the esc. I have read the instruction from Mike several times but , hmm it ain't sinking into my thick skull

Does any of you have a picture of the jumpers on a BK esc.??
