If you don't have Rx pack, try to pwer your Rx with 4AA cells in series.

Just b4 to change trottle reverse position, remove all the BEC, reput the red wire in the ESC connctore, put it in chanel 2, and put your stering servo in chanel 1, plug a 2s li-po, NOT A 4S, but just a 2s, and try it like that just to see if your trottle input and stering will respond.

If you don't have trottle, reverse it in the Tx.

After that, if all is OK, re-install you ESC plug with red wire remove in chanel 2, plug a reciever pack in the BATT chanel, plug your 4s li-po and see if all seem OK. If all is OK, you probably have a bad CCBEC.
