esc won't programme -

Hi,My programme box won't work.I've tried rigging it up with a battery pack as well as the esc wire,(It didn't work before I did this)
 .I've emailed them several times,they won't reply! I'm gonna have to get the better buisness bureau involved. Could you give me an email address they'll respond to? Thanks in advance,
