E-Maxx - Front Heavy

Since stock, to now with Gorilla Chassis, FL Bulkheads, RPM Arms - it has always being front heavy.

If I go over a ramp it is very likely to land on the bumper and role. I know I should probably go abit slower but I would prefer it to land on the back wheels and carry on going.

How could I make it rear heavy? Without adding any extra weight?

Was thinking of lighter wheels for the front for example.
