Help me choose a 5s Lipo pack

I am trying to pick out a 5s lipo pack for my Crt, I have a flightpower 5000mah 22c pack I just receved a few days ago that I am sending back now that I found out that flightpower came out with 25c and 30c packs, I cant decide between a 4500mah 30c pack and a 5000mah 25c pack, I dont think they make a 5000mah 30c pack if they do somebody let me know and I will get it. I cant decide which would be better, or if someone knows of any better packs let me know, btw I am running the neu quark with it
