Setup help - 06.28.2007, 01:12 AM

K Im going with the NEU 1y for sure. Now Im not sure on the ESC. Would a MGM Compro 160 amp, 16 cell brushless car controller. Its that one or the Quark. Unless theres another one. Now I heard that the Quark gets really hot. So with the heatsink and two 40mm fans, would that bring things down? I live in Texas and since its summer its getting about 90-100 unless it rains. Yes thats weired I know.:032:

For the gearing Im going to get Idlers and a ofna 51 spur. Im going to be running 40 masher, 40 series moabs, and the stock tires. This will be ran on 14 cells. Im a basher so I would want at least 43 mph.:005:

Now for durability, Will 3.3 axles hold well or will I have to get 3.3 cvds and RC Monster dog bones for the center. Will that hold? Gorilla maxx single speed maybe. I will have to see If first gear will be worthy.:028: Will I have to go will 1/8 scale HB diffs? Or will FLM gear work? Cause then Ill need FLM hybrids. Also do you think a revo would be a better choice for me? One day my car will be metal so?:032: Can this car be built like a tank? Im just a newb with a ton of Q? Man I wish someone with knowledge could move bye me. So FLM hybrids, FLM A-Arms. FLM Bulk braces, FLM Shock towers, FLM chassis, RC Solution Roll cage (red), and a some Integy shock. Could that survive a 10ft drop like off a roof? That would be cool to jump on and off my roof!

Guessing how much runtime Im going to get. How many amps and watts is this system going to be putting out?

Ryan King,
thx
