Glitching is itching... - 09.25.2007, 07:31 AM

Ok I got all the stuff I need from Mike for the rest of my E-Revo project. I put most of it together tonight. I have to still put the UBEC in but everything else is in place. I put a receiver pack in place of the UBEC for now just to test. The throttle works fine in forward and reverse. There are no brakes. I am running a 1950\7 turn with a MM on 2 2s2p 6000 mah run in serious. The receiver and radio is a spektrum. The problem is there are no brakes and if I turn the wheels the throttle goes wild. It can be sitting still and turn the wheels and all heck breaks loose. Glitching and reaving up. I need to install the UBEC still but is there a problem I am missing? I mounted the MM directly on the G2R frame where the 2nd steering servo usually sits. I bolted it straight to the frame. I mounted the receiver to the empty side of the Emaxx transmission motor mount opposite the 1950. It’s strange for the steering to cause the glitching. It won’t glitch just sitting. I have not run it farther than across my living room but what’s up? Will the UBEC fix all? I know the receiver and radio are fine. I pulled them off another RC. No glitching there. Any ideas?
