tranny gearing

i just got my revo done and i went to test it and it went backwards. so i thought if i switched the wires it would go forward but no it did not. what it is doing is the tranny well only go catch on the gears going backwards. it well just spin free going forward. i thought if i switched the one way it would work but it can only go one way. also i never did anything to the tranny when i was converting it. it only messed with it when it was nitro and it went forward.

i need help!!!!
