It are the pulses that build up the complete puls to make a 1/3 of the motor turn (1/3rd of the 3 phases of the motor) with 9Khz, the controller works on half the total speed of the 19 Khz
Some kind of sample frequency of the cd-player. (don't know if you are familiar with that principle?) |
