You are gonna want to use the "clamp" part of the heatsink to keep the motor together. I should have included the longer screws in the package for this. The 7xl is a heavy motor and is prone to coming apart if you take a hard frontal impact. The clamp will prevent this.
Glad you are happy with the setup as well. It should run very well for a long time.
