Cookie monster girl.. i need help locating her!

i had a bet with my girlfriend yesterday...well i wouldnt call it a bet but the "deal" was if i took her to san antonio( 4 hours away) and went shopping with her she would have to go to our local rc track day and buy a pair of cookie monster underwear.......... I saw the pic here a good while back and am trying to find it to show her. dont really remember the thread but it had a cookie monster discussion going on.
