E-Maxx Brushless Setup

Ok i am getting a T-Maxx Pro .15. I will be putting in a E-Maxx transmission. What i am looking for is a brushless setup for mostly off road and some on road. I am on a budget of 200 right now for a esc and motor. I would need a battery and charger (obviously). I want to got li-po but i only have a 200 dollar budget for that.
