Quark 125b not beeping -

I am not hearing any beeps during the programming of my Quark.
I've checked the battery leads.. they seem fine. I am using a Kokam 3s at full charge to do it. I've checked my receiver leads they are all in correctly. I am using a Spektrum DX3R as my radio. Any ideas as to why it doesn't like to chirp at me? |
