Help!! 9xl makes a loud noise??

i have only had this up to 160* but it is acting up , so i tried my 9l and all is well with my esc. , went back to the 9xl with 5s and when i go full throttle it is like a stripped gear the motor makes a loud sound, i also added 5.5mm plugs but im sure my joints are good.... also when it happens the esc. lights go to flashing green then red

Q...did i seperate the magnet, and how can i safely take it apart to check
