LVC for other than RC? -

Is there a LVC that you can buy or make for things other than RC? For instance, I wanted to use some lipos for a battery operated fan. The packs are older and I don't use them much anymore but, they are still good and I don't want to ruin them. Are there any products out there for this purpose or maybe something that is easy to build?
