Blance Taps that Flight Power use??

Flight power uses TP adapters. I am getting the Flightpower Vbalncer just want to be able to balance my Maxamps as well. Currently i charge each cell individually up to 4.2v each, so they are all at full and the same voltage. But it they use TP taps i will just make a tp to hyperion adapter. Thanks for the info
