Of course it seems easy to you because you have already done the conversion. It all looks a little confusing to me. Maybe if you post up step by step photos with instructions we may be able to figure it out. I just don't quite get what you have posted up so far as to how it all goes together. I know I am not too keen on the whole JB weld thing at all. I have several aluminum tranny's on hand and would love a solution that would allow me to use one of them to do this conversion since it just mounts right into the Maxx chassis. It would be really cool if RCM would come up with either the mount that is shown above, or even a modified E-Maxx tranny case that these 1/8 gears would just drop right into.

How exactly you meshed the drive gear up with the driven gear is invisable to me. Sorry Dude I am just not seeing it. Maybe you could develop something in the way of an instruction book and post a link to it, then we would be able to give it a try. Thanks for the help.
