Can't set-up my MMM (please help...)

Hello,

I've finally gotten everything I need to run my E-Revo (conversion). Batteries are fully charged, transmitter (Futaba 3PM) has been tested on another truck. (And the transmitter has had its throttle servo reversed, as mentioned in the MMM manual.)

I power-up the MMM with the throttle held down. I hear the proper tone, then the green light blinks. I push the throttle again and the MMM does 4 tones.

And here's the trouble: instead of having a red led blinking, I have the green and yellow leds on, the red blinking, and the MMM beeping repeatedly. I try putting the transmitter in reverse, but nothing happens.

Nowhere in the manual or the website have I found a reference to that LED-state.

Can anyone help me?

P.S. If someone from castle reads this: why isn't there a LED-state explanation in the manual? The MMM is telling me something but I can't decode what it is...
