MMM fan not acceptable

Crap. I forgot about the washers. My Novak fan just died after one pack. Looks like the fan was pressing against the case and fried it. I'm reeeeeeeeeally starting to get sick of this fan BS. I'm putting in one more Novak fan and if it fails I'm cutting the case. The fans don't seem to be the problem....it's the case.
