Baja 5b Conversion "Prep Work"

Having 2nd thoughts again. Winter is basically 6.5months out of the year here. I would love to be able to run it in snow but the conversion would hold me back... We got a record snowfall last year and has atleast 2ft of snow on the ground all winter. The streets were always glazed over with ice if not packed snow...
