New project: E-Minibike!

Ok guys, my most weird and outlandish project begins!
As some of you know, I have one of these, with the engine blown up on it:


What I plan to do is buy this motor:

And use the ESC and batteries from this scooter.

The specs on the ESC and batteries are:
ESC: 30-35a cont. (motor only pulls 27a max so I think it should be alright.)
Batteries: (3) 12v 11000mah, in series.
I'll probably use all the stock stuff from the scooter, and may eventually upgrade.
Thoughts?
