how to not kill an 18t servo???

hey guys i just placed a pretty big order for my 18t so it should be pretty much 100% complete!!
but
i stripped my second 65mg servo yesterday and so i had to order replacement gears....

the big peice in the middle is the one i strip... what am i doing wrong here?

i only ran the truck 5-10 times and it died on me...

i will take a pic of the setup i have tomorow because maybe my servo horn or something is all out of wack?

if anyone has had any similiar problems id love to know how they fixed it!
