Thats a craftsman Infared temp gun..
As i have learned it is susceptible to radio interference in the 75mhz range... I was casually checking the temps of my rf module on my M8, when i read 300*+!!!!

Needless to sat i almost threw the transmitter, i quickly turned it off and checked temps again- they had plummeted to a managable 114*. Then of course i had to turn it back on and see if it would do the same, it did and temp gun indicated 300 degrees. so... i did what any Rc'er would do- stick there finger on it... and since it didnt melt flesh i was pretty confident that it wasnt 300 degrees

. Does anyone else have problems like this?
