e-revo mod 1 pinion?

will a mod 1 pinion fit the e-revo's spur?im about to get an e-revo roller and will put my quark125 and feigao 8xl on it.i just want to make sure its gonna work.did someone tried to do this already?thanks guys!i remember askin this in the other threads but i think the answer i got was for the converted one..this time its for the actual e-revo.
