Looking to do my first conversion (looking at a Truggy) - 11.09.2008, 11:28 PM

Hi all,

I am new here, and I've heard this is the place to go regarding conversions. I really don't have anything particular in mind, but I have been paying close attention to truggies. I am mostly a basher, I love jumping, and I love raw power. I was looking at the Ofna Multilator Pro. I was planning on buying the truck, and selling the nitro parts. Hopefully replacing them with a MMM combo, and whatever else is needed for a brushless conversion. I currently own 2 Protek 2s 3300 25c packs. I would be running the car on 4s. I am really looking for some advise on what I should do. I really like the simplicity of the truggy, along with what I hear GREAT durability, and even close to a buggy in durability. Please remember I have never done my own conversion before. I'm looking for a truggy to convert, a price on the conversion, and what I should expect in performance. Right now I own a Stampede, and I'm really looking to step it up a little with a conversion.

Thanks,
AD
