I read somewhere that you can take a airplane, climb at a decent angle, and then descend at a certain rate to get around 30 seconds of weightlessness at the apex. 30 seconds is a bit short, but I'm sure you could manage.

If a car, it would need really sticky tires, or some type of magnetic system to keep traction. A small indoor heli would be fun though - hovering would be simple.
