addtl cap on hvmaxx pro esc -

i have an hvmaxx pro system(1st edition) my question is can i add another low esr capacitor rated 1800uf 35v 105*C connected in parallel with the original cap on my hvmaxx esc, for much cooler temp and is there any other benefits of it in the system?tnx in advance
ps, im stil using two 7 cell packs and two 2s lipo...
