Building a Better Wheelchair

More questions:

• I'm working on the rear axle setup and I’ve always though that the chairs that have the rear tires with the negative camber was cool, but only a few have it ?? do I add it to this build ?? What are the benefits of it??
  
• Also do I add some lexsen on the side of the chair rails as protect the occupant from the tire spokes??
  
• The rear seat has the option of folding all the way down and adjusting up from there is this good or bad??
  
• What is the average size tire / rims on a chair??
  
• Can I just add the outer ring / rim to the bike rim or do I have to buy the whole rim that made for wheelchair tires??
