Telemetry? or ant suggestions?

Hi guys i need help of choosing which equipment to get ,here is my situation: I have a losi type r that i'm setting up for racing i need an equipment that i can use for lap counting with timer so i will know if my set up adjustment is good or bad also that can monitor speed, motor rpm. thanks for any help
