open it up and shove it in. if there are fitment issues it can be trimmed(squish it down with a straight edge and cut with a sharp razor blade to keep from getting off balance).
the more foam that's in there, the less likely the tire is to balloon. It's "Dr. _paralyzed_" actually. Not like with a PhD, but Doctor like in Dr. Pepper. |
