Voltage booster

Hey guys, I have a problem with my Nomadio react radio. I am running a 1s lipo to power it, and even at 4.2v it says low battery. The react is meant to run on 5v, and I saw this gizmo on hobbycity that would cure my problem.

Only problem with that is, my radio takes a JST plug, and the output for this is a servo connector (can't remember the exact name.) I would easily convert it to JST but I can't because it has a 3rd wire that comes out of it. Does anyone know how to modify the booster to make it work?
