Battery/charger help (airplane)

hey all im doing my girlfriends brother a favor and ordering some gear for his slowstick plane, he is looking for a couple 2s packs around 1750mAH and a charger/balancer.

so far i have recommended this for the charger: Turnigy 420 Balancer/Charger 2S~4S

Ive heard good things about the turnigy chargers and it has great reviews, the same thing goes with the rhino batts. he has access to power supplies where he works for cheap so he has that taken care of.

basically i want to make sure that im setting him up with the right stuff and that it will all work well for him. also, does this charger charge through the balance tap? as i do not see any other leads coming off the charger.

edit: forgot to mention that this setup is for a slowstick airplane if that helps!
