Next brushless/ lipo setup?

I currently have a Emaxx with a Novak HV Maxx setup in it. Im looking for more power, but Im still a brushless newb. Im going to get Lipolys first, because Im still running 3600 stick packs, then Im gonna want a new brushless setup.
Right now my truck is pretty light. I have Panther KLPs, 4 shocks, and a pretty severely dremeled/ lightened body and chassis. I think Im planning to run a pair of 2s3p lipo packs, rated @ 90 amps constant and 120 peak, unless someone otherwise enlightens me. Right now I think i want a 9920 and a Feigao 8L, and I would run a UBEC and the heatsink clamp.
My question is, can anyone tell me if lipo packs rated @ 90 amps can handle an 8L, and can a 9920 handle it?
