Help with MM and Medusa 50x3300 - 03.18.2009, 01:47 PM

Hey guys,

I've had a MM and Medusa 50x3300 on Rhino 3S 4000 25C lipos for a number of months. It's in a CRT.5 with truck tires. It always cogged a bit, but was crazy powerfull and cleared the big jumps on our track with ease. A few days ago the MM popped out of it's case. I put it back in with a zip-tie and the car was now cogging really badly and heating up quickly.

I hooked the MM up to the Castlelink and updated the firmware. After that the car ran better, but still cogs more than it once did and does not seem to be as powerfull. I've since tried all sorts of punch control, start up, and timing settings, but it still cogs more than it did and doesn't seem to have the top power it once did.

Running outdoors on a smaller track the motor was 110F and the ESC 155 - 160F.

Any ideas?
