Re-introducing myself

Hello again everyone, not sure how many of you remember me :) !

Anyway, I left R/C when I sold the Supermaxx, and i'm looking to get back in. Basically I'm looking for something as quick as the old maxx (9XL) but i'd like the speedo and motor be smoother and more user-friendly than the 9XL/9920 combo I had.

In short: I want a Brushless Edition E-REVO. What is the the standard MMM system in it like? (Keep in mind I raced the Supermaxx on 18 cells). How are these trucks as standard for bashing, as I do not want to spend the amount of money I did on the E-Maxx to be able to use it for any length of time? Could I basically take one of these out of the box, in to a quarry, have some high speed blasts and jump it about and go home with it in one bit, without any upgrades?
