Trust me, its not your batteries.
You just got the standard defensive response from someone taking the easy
option and blaming the batteries.

I'm sure they will look after you though when you send it in, they seem like
nice reasonable folk at CC ( unless the recent 'hard times' have changed that but I hope not as I will have 2 ESC's on there way in for repair!)

My V3 just died an hour ago after 2min in a Summit, because the case popped open after a fan swap.
