I know this will probably be an unpopular opinion, but I can't really blame the skateboarders for being upset sometimes. I'm sure there are times where they can be overly aggressive or rude, but turn the situation around for a second:
You're at your favorite track for a nice day of bashing/racing and then some guys on BMX bikes (skateboards obviously won't work in this analogy per the dirt/clay) show up and start running on the track. You can't really run like you want to for fear of getting your car run over or getting in a crash and hurting someone. And you say to yourself "Why do these guys have to come here and get in my way? There are tracks specifically made for riding BMX bikes!" I think it's safe to say many people would get annoyed if not mad. Yes, it's an unlikely scenario, but you get the point.
I don't have anything against running at skateparks or people who do. I think it would be awesome. But I do see why the skateboarders might get a little upset in certain situations, that's all.
