Hey Jordan, the car is coming really well. I ran it with the speedy and data logger and it all went very well. It had HPI phaltlines and at 1/4 throttle and 8s it was breaking traction and swinging the back end around. I am very surprised at how much torque this motor has. Whats more surprising is that when i pulled it apart to check things like bearings and mounts i found that the rear output from the center diff was rubbing on the motor can. And it still broke traction.
It is still apart at the moment at a machine shop having some pieces made up and modified. I have also changed the speedy to a 40.160WK. It is huge, i should have made a trailer to put the ESC on.
How is your truck going
