I converted my XL and its quite easy. For you, the easiest would be just buying the Flux parts, ie idler gear, TVPs and batt boxes &mounts.
Motor mount can be the KD above (i have this) or the flux mount. I made my own batt boxes and esc mount. Batt boxes was by far the hardest part.
